Keeping Your Receipts Organized!

Ok, I will admit it - maintaining copies of your receipts isn't the highest priority on anyone's to-do list. Organizing those receipts at the end of the year? No fun task either.

Organization is key for not only complying with IRS documentation requirements, but it also helps you avoid missing tax deductions.

I personally use Quickbooks Online's receipt capture feature for my business and I recommend it to all my clients. It's super easy to use:

  1. Simply download the app, snap a picture, and it loads directly into QBO

  2. Upload PDF files directly into QBO from a desktop or laptop

  3. Forward email receipts directly into QBO straight from your inbox
